fruit “crisp”

Ah, the pleasant September evening when one has beautiful ripe stone fruits but no motivation to mix up a topping and figure out what to bake it in.

The solution? Melt yourself some butter (medium low heat), get yourself some caramelization!

Top with a drizzle of honey and Grape Nuts Flakes or your crunchy cereal of choice.

SO clever! I love caramelizing apples, but I never thought of using stone fruits and cereal topping to make a great, quick, healthy dessert! Fantastic! Thank you for the great idea!

ah i haven't felt any binge urges for a long long while since everything i eat is mainly clean and most of the processed foods are what induce those feelings! It has been a miracle. If I'm not hungry, I just let my body take over and if it wants to eat i eat. works pretty well.
college is tough, that is for sure. and when you have added stressors in addition to it, it becomes even tougher to figure things out.
thanks for the relatable comment!
your breakfast looks awesome!
